SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship orders all over Canada. We offer flat rate shipping at checkout and local pick up at our West Nipissing location. Orders may take 2-5 business days to process. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been sent. Orders may take up to 7-14 business days to arrive
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us at soulworkaromaboutique@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Please be advised:​

· If returning a product, it must be brand new, in original condition & unused.
· Incorrect or damaged products delivered must be reported within 48 hours of receiving along with a photo of the damaged item and order number.
· Packages that are stolen/lost/delivered to the wrong address are non-refundable.
